Recommendations
· Always carry your identification documents: Original and the documents of minors in your care.
· If for any reason you cannot travel (even due to force majeure) you must sell or transfer your spot to another person and assume penalties if applicable because there is no refund of money, since the agency must pay for the services in advance.
· In the event of any new restriction or mandatory preventive isolation measure established by the government or municipal entities of each site/place to be visited, this schedule will always be subject to changes and/or modifications; in order to guarantee a better experience and biosecurity in your travels.
· If you suffer from dizziness, we recommend taking mareol or some medication to prevent your discomfort 30 minutes before taking the bus.
· The transport is air-conditioned, it is recommended to wear a coat or blanket inside the bus. (You must bring what is necessary)
· Take your belongings off the bus, only the coat and/or blanket that you brought with you will remain.
· Wear comfortable clothing so that your day trip is not heavy.
· Bring sunscreen, hats – caps, if you are allergic to mosquitoes bring repellent (for the walk)
· Bring closed shoes for the walks that are done in the different sites or towns.
· Bring water and snacks, it is allowed as long as we take care of the place.
· Children are under the responsibility of the guardian who is in charge of them
· On the bus, travel seated and with the seat belt.
· Valuables are under your responsibility. The agency is NOT responsible for loss.
· Bring the necessary money for your day trip
· Always be attentive to the instructions of the trip coordinator in case any changes occur.
